| 2010 | Two industrial lands located in Jiangxi and Banten Province were acquired for future expansion. The Group donated HKD230,000 for the Jiangxi Flooding, RMB100,000 for education donation, and RMB1,000,000 for charity. The Group was one of the three Hong Kong suppliers who were awarded with the prize of Nike Supplier Summit by Nike for the Group’s effort in implementation of lean production. It’s the third time that the Group has the honor of presenting the prize of 2010 Outstanding Corporation in Hong Kong organized by Economic Digest. |

| 2008 | The Group won the prize of 2008 Outstanding Corporation in Hong Kong, which was organized by a reputable financial magazine, Economic Digest. Further, the Group was one of the three Hong Kong suppliers who were awarded with the prize of 2008 Nike Supplier Summit by Nike, the famous international sports company. Nike Green Team issued a certificate for the effort made by the Group on the innovation green project. One of the Group’s subsidaries, Yue Ying, was awarded as Top Hundred Foreign Investment Enterprise in 2006-2008 by Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of Guangdong Province and Department of Foreign Trade And Economic Cooperation of Guangdong Province. |
| 2007 | The Group acquired 100% equity interests of Wayable International Incorporation (“Wayable”) and appointed the director of Wayable, Mr Chen Hsiao Ying and Ms Chen Li Ying, as the Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director respectively. |
| 2006 | A R&D centre called “Commercialization Centre” was set up in Shantou factory, for developing the production know-how of the Group. |
